Browsing and saved places

The guide does not require an account. Saved place identifiers stay in your browser’s local storage. Use a place’s save button again to remove it. When you continue to the trip service, the places you select are passed to trips.hello.vegas. Unchecking a place for that trip does not remove your saved favorite.

Your emailed trip

The trip service uses your email address, dates if provided, group details, interests and planning answers to create, email and retain your itinerary. Hosting runs on our VPS, and Titan delivers the email. You can receive a plan without creating an account. A free account lets you edit your plan, keep favorites across devices and plan with companions.

Email choices

Requesting a plan sends that plan. With travel dates, we also send one check-in before your trip and one afterward. Those emails include a link to stop follow-ups. Group change alerts are optional, with an account preference and a setting for each trip.

The Vegas tips and deals newsletter is a separate, optional choice. If you choose it on the planner, your trip email includes a confirmation link. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter without losing your plan or account.

Accounts and sharing

We retain your email, optional name, planning answers, trips, checklist, suggestions, notification choices and feedback. Saved trips remain until deleted or you ask us to remove them. Account settings provide export and account-deletion controls. Recovery backups may retain deleted information temporarily and are not used for marketing.

Keep your private plan and sign-in links to yourself. An invitation link lets anyone with it preview the schedule and create an account to join. Joined companions can see group notes and checklist details; keep booking numbers and sensitive details out of shared notes. The organizer approves suggestions and controls invitation links and membership.

Cookies and site visits

The trip service uses cookies needed for sign-in and form security. It does not load advertising trackers. The public guide currently has no third-party analytics scripts or marketing cookies. Hosting providers may retain access and security logs, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver and protect the site.

Links to other services

Maps, ticket outlets and venue websites receive your request when you follow their links. Their privacy terms apply there. Hello Vegas cannot see whether an external visit becomes a ticket purchase.
